LAXMI Automatic High Speed Four Head ROPP / Screw Cap Sealing Machine Model LRCS –120, It is supporting to our range of Bottle Filling from Semi-Automatic to Automatic line Previously filled bottles with Dry Syrup Powder or Liquid Syrup are continuously fed from filling machine to the flat conveyor belt of sealing machine and move further through Infeed worm for correct spacing between two bottles and transferred to the Infeed star wheel. ROPP / Screw caps kept in orientation unit automatically orient caps in right direction before entering into delivery chute. And Bottle is entering below the sealing head, consist of total four rollers. Two rollers properly Skirts, Spins and Seals the cap and simultaneously another two roller performs perfect threading according to bottle neck diameter. After sealing operation, sealing head moves upward with help of cam and bottle move with exit star wheel and Move further on conveyor belt for next operation.
The machine consist of turntable, S.S. slat conveyor belt, Feedworm, Bowl & Chute, Infeed & Exit Star plate & Back Guide, easy –reach compact panel and with no container - no cap, No sealing System etc. The Sealing unit and Cap orientation unit are mounted on two pillars which in turn are supported by top plate with individual height adjusting system and Damage cap quantity can be reduced by help of automation system. All its exposed parts are made of S.S. – 304. Its height can be adjusted to match other machines for efficient synchronization. |
